Superbowl Awesomeness
Chrissy’s dad is a huge Bears fan, so everyone was pretty excited when the 2006 Bears made it to the Superbowl. Aiden even got a little Bears jersey to wear while we watched the commercials. Grandma, Grandpa and Cassie came over to see Aiden in his little outfit before the game.
Unfortunately, the Bears didn’t win this year. They started out strong, but couldn’t keep it up past the first quarter. Even the commercials sucked, since all the marketers are afraid to sell their products with sexy images or situtations since the FCC came down so hard on Janet Jackson a few years ago. On a brighter note, we won our Superbowl pool for the first and second quarters, which made it less bad that the Bears lost.
