School’s Out For Summer
Summer vacation has begun, and that means that Chrissy must once again make the transition from elementary school teacher to stay-at-home mom. Believe it or not, it’s not easy. We’re used to having Chrissy’s Mom take care of our house and now Gavin is teething again. So it might be rough this week.
And the weeks leading up to this have been perilous as well. I had a miserable cold for a week, then Chrissy got a nasty sunburn at the garage sale. After a week of burn cream, she caught the same miserable cold that I had. Now that she’s over the cold, she has to get used to being home all day again.
And the title above works on at least two levels, since Chrissy and I will also be going to see Alice Cooper in concert on July 13th. We’re both long-time fans of Alice Cooper. Just thought I’d throw that out there.
