Aiden And Gavin Get A Call From Santa Claus
Aiden and Gavin got a phone call from Santa Claus last night. We put it on speaker for both of them to hear. He asked for each boy by name and knew exactly what each one wanted for Christmas. He even told Aiden that he would see him at pre-school next week. I was as amazed as they were.
How did this Christmas miracle come to be? Chrissy filled out a request form at the local community center. She entered each boy’s name, their ages, relationship to each other, two items from their wishlist and when to call. I’m not sure how many other towns do this, but our town has all sorts of neat events like this.
The results were stunning. Gavin stared at the phone and yelled “Santa!” Aiden rattled off his entire Christmas list. This was Santa, patient and kind. He was calling them personally. I’m sure that Aiden and Gavin will remember this call for a long time.
Well at least it wasn’t Santa Starscream! That is very cool though.
I think that I would dig a call from Santa Starscream. He flies through the night on Christmas Eve upon Astrotrain, pulled by eight prancing Seeker bots, tossing bits of Megatron down to all the good little boys and girls. Good times…
